Trustees
Trustees in the timeshare world are companies that exist to hold the timeshare or vacation property units, facilities and amenities on behalf of the owner. These companies are usually either a bank or a trust company such as the First National Trustee Company (FNTC). The owner will be issued with either a License or a Membership Certificate outlining their right to use program. Some Trustees have further duties such as maintenance collection, escrow facilities and consumer credit administration. The First National Trustee Company (FNTC) provides Visions of the World with its stakeholder escrow facility for all timeshare resale transactions.
