Management Company
A Management Company is contracted to a vacation / timeshare property by either the Home Owners Association, or the Development Coordination Company. The Management Company is appointed to take care of the day to day running of the resort development. In some cases the resort developer will have a controlling interest in the Management Company, however in most cases the Management Company will have a board made up with some elected timeshare owners. The Management Company usually liases the collection of the maintenance fees, annual audit and chair the annual AGM, in addition to their responsibility of running the timeshare resort.
