Over the past ten years Visions of the World has increased sales through our Timeshare Resales program and has had to adapt and expand with the current market trends. We have recently relocated our offices to larger premises to cope with the increase in sales and the need of our services when clients want to Buy Timeshare, Sell Timeshare or Rent Timeshare. Timeshare Stakeholder
Our continued working relationship over the years with the First National Trustee Company (FNTC) (the largest Timeshare Trustee's in the World) reiterates to all our commitment to the Timeshare Resale business at Visions of the world and the sale process. We employ FNTC as Timeshare Sales Stakeholder and in this capacity they hold all monies until completion of the sale transaction, to protect both the interests whether you are Buying Timeshares or Selling Timeshares.
Timeshare Organisations
Visions of the World are honoured to be members of the Resort Development Organisation (RDO), formerly The Organisation for Timeshare in Europe (OTE). Our association with the RDO provides clients who wish to buy or sell timeshare added security in knowing that we work within the strict guidelines and code of ethics set out for RDO member Timeshare Resales Companies. We are equally proud to be members of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and the Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA). Visions of the World are the first and currently the only European Timeshare Resale Company to be members of all three organisations.
Visions of the World and First National Trustee Company are both members of the Resort Development Organisation.
Timeshare Vacation Rentals
New from Visions of the World is our Timeshare Rental program. This program allows owners to Rent Timeshare through Visions of the World if they are unable to use it or while you have put your Timeshare for Sale with us.
