The term Holiday Ownership is all but in name a vacation / timeshare ownership program. The term Holiday Ownership is widely used in Europe, and was adopted some 10 to 15 years ago by some developers as an alternative to the word timeshare. You will find that in most cases Holiday Ownership has the same range of usages, Exchange Company benefits i.e., banking of weeks, accruing of weeks, renting, gifting and exchanging.
