Fee Simple
Fundamentally, the term Fee Simple is used as another way to describe a deeded property. When owning a timeshare property the title deed is the official document of ownership. Fee Simple is considered the best option by most developers when deeding vacation ownership.
Fee Simple vacation ownership properties are held forever and the ownership can be used, banked, rented, gifted or willed, which enables you to leave it as part of your estate when you pass away. This is unlike right to use where you would sign an agreement to purchase the rights to use a property for a certain period of time and the ownership remains with a board of trustees.
