End User Finance
The term End User Finance is associated with the finance that is provided to purchase a timeshare or vacation ownership over a period of time. If you have found the timeshare ownership that you would like to buy however you do not have the full purchase price at your disposable, End User Finance could be the perfect solution for you. Most reputable developers, marketers and timeshare resale companies will have the facility to enable you to purchase a week, or points through a loan that will allow you to spread the initial cost.
For example, if you have located a week in the Marriott Vacation Club for $25000 and have only $5000 available at this moment in time, many companies will be able to provide you with a loan (End User Finance) for the outstanding balance of $2000. You will commonly find that End User Finance will be available for a period of between 10 to 25 years depending on the amount borrowed and the status of your credit rating. Most owners find that if they are legible for End User Finance its a great way to buy a timeshare without having to find the whole purchase amount in one payment.
