Club / Trustee Membership
The term Club Membership or Trust Membership is usually associated with Timeshare Ownership or Vacation Club Ownership which allows the timeshare owner the use of the timeshare resort facilities all year round. This type of timeshare ownership has been made extremely popular in the United Kingdom. Owners of Timeshare Resorts which have this facility are usually local to their resort, and are able to utilise the facilities i.e., Golf Course, Leisure Facilities, Restaurants and Spa etc.
Many owners of this type of timeshare or vacation club never use their given week but have purchased for the Club / Trust Membership rather than join a Gold Course or Gym. It enables them to have all the onsite facilties through their timeshare membership, and Bank or deposit their timeshare week with an exchange network and have a vacation or holiday through their Exchange Company on top of their Club / Trust Membership.
