Bi-Annual or Biennial
The term Bi-Annual or Biennial as it is known in some countries, is given to a timeshare ownership, which allows the owner to use the resort ownership every other year. Bi-annual or Biennial ownership is also known as EOY or (every other year) ownership. In most cases the value of an EOY week is usually half that of an annual week usage program. Most Bi-Annual or Biennial ownership will state either Odd or Even usage allowing the owner to use their ownership on Odd years 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013 and so on, or Even years 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012 and so on.
