AGM
An AGM (Annual General Meeting) is held by a timeshare resort, or managing company, so that the owners can attend and liase with the ongoing running of the timeshare development. Many matters are dealt with at an AGM such as, operational budget, appointment of members to the owners committee, annual audit of accounts, and any other matters which may need voting on such as changes at the resort, or improvements that are needed. The details of an AGM can be most commonly found within the constitution of a timeshare resort.
