2010 may also see less new developments as developers find it more and more difficult to obtain credit. Instead, we may see existing properties used and turned into new timeshare opportunities. Entire apartment blocks or perhaps a single floor or a wing of a building could be transformed into ideal timeshare property. This new initiative could also lead to many new timeshare operators entering the market.

While 2010 looks to be a challenging year ahead for many businesses it could prove an exciting one for customers with the prospect of many more new timeshare opportunities becoming available.
